Where does the name of the company come from? It comes from our fathers.

My Father: Barnett Henry Fischer, CPA, Born November 11, 1902
A graduate of Northwestern University became an Agent for United States Department of the Treasury upon graduation in 1927. He Chased gangsters in Chicago before hanging out his shingle and began defending them for tax evasion. (Click here to read more about Alan Fischer)

My Associate Broker’s Father: James Vincent Pacelli born July 4, 1902.
A politico since the days of Mayor Big Bill Thompson in the “Roaring Twenties,” he was Ward Committeeman of the 1st Ward in Chicago from 1944 to 1952 - the most powerful ward in the City at the time which encompassed The Loop.

My Associate Broker and I wanted to honor our Fathers by Naming our company after them,
“BARNETT AND JAMES LLC. SINCE 1902”
