Alan excelled as sales manager for one of the world’s largest hotel chains, and also as salesman with Texas Instruments and Westinghouse Electric, and owner of Palco Electric Inc . As a sales professional, Alan’s rule was to go beyond what the job required to find innovative solutions to serve his customers.

Alan Fischer holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Parsons. He has been a Georgia licensed auctioneer for the past six years and a realtor for the past four years. Fischer is a managing partner in Barnett and James LLC., Luxury Properties, and member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, the Georgia MLS and the Camden Charlton Board of Realtors.

Roger Paceilli and Alan Fischer were college chums and have remained best of pals ever since. Roger has been a successful commercial real estate broker in Chicago for the past 30 years specalizing in office and retail leasing in the city. Roger’s wife Bonnie, also a broker, minds the suburban Chicago office. Barnett and James, LLC. was founded to combine Alan’s residential expertise with Roger’s commercial experience. Roger has two sons, Andrew, a harvard graduate and Peter, a Yale graduate. Both boys hope to join the firms upon completion of their MBA programs and take both the Georgia and Illinois companies to greater heights.
